Our apartments are conveniently located within walking distance to campus and are within the campus shuttle route and security zone.

All of our properties are under 24 hour video surveillance and each unit is equipped with an alarm system and intercom with a camera.

All of our properties are newly built with hardwood floors, granite countertops equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, garbage disposals, oven/microwaves. All units are equipped with central heating and cooling.

Each building contains shared, secure laundry facilities, so students do not have to use public laundromats and some locations offer in unit washer and dryers as well!

Each living room area is equipped with a cable ready Flat Screen TV and wired for easy internet access.

Our apartment buildings are always well maintained. Our Maintenance Team works diligently to tend to maintenance issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

Gated underground individual parking spaces are also available in some(*) locations.
